Every physician on staff is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. Each is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has privileges to practice medicine and perform surgery at Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca.

KATHLEEN GARDNER, MD Dr. Kathleen Gardner was educated at the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Medicine. She completed her internship at the University of Pittsburgh and residency at Magee Women’s Hospital.  She practices both Obstetrics and Gynecology and specializes in urinary incontinence. Coming to Ithaca from a large practice in rural Maine, Dr. Gardner is brimming with energy and cheer.
STEVEN A. GELBER, MD Dr. Steven Gelber was educated at Albany Medical College. He completed his internship and residency at Geisinger Medical center in Danville, PA. He practices both obstetrics and gynecology and is a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laproscopists. Dr. Gelber provides a wide variety of OB-GYN services and he is certified as a nuchal translucency sonographer as well as providing laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery.  He enjoys working with patients to educate them and help them make rational medical choices. He enjoys advocating for women in their healthcare choices.
DVORAH MILNER, MD Dr. Dvorah Milner was educated at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in OB-GYN at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. She practices both Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Milner brings a thorough, thoughtful, and empathetic approach to her care of her patients.
JOAN SULLIVAN, MD Dr. Joan Sullivan completed her OB-GYN residency at the University of Cincinnati after graduating from the University Of Tennessee College Of Medicine. Prior to medical school, Dr. Sullivan received her Masters of Nursing from the University of Florida at Gainesville and worked in a hospital setting as a registered nurse and a clinical instructor. Dr Sullivan practices routine and surgical gynecology. Dr. Sullivan has just returned from a tour of duty in Afghanistan where she coordinated surgical care. She is a longtime favorite of many patients, who love her sense of humor and friendly, no-nonsense manner.
